Data, cookies and sales terms
Short version: we receive what you type into an enquiry, we use it to quote and to ship, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Privacy — what we collect
When you send an enquiry through this site we receive the name, company, email address, phone or messaging number, country, and the part numbers or requirements you write. That is the whole set. We do not buy contact lists and the site carries no advertising trackers.
We use it to answer the enquiry, to quote, and to follow up on an order. We do not sell it. It is shared only with the services that physically carry the message — our group-chat robot and the mailbox that owns sz145.com's mail records — and those are processors acting on our instruction, not recipients of their own copy.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and our accounting obligations need them. Write to sales02@sz145.com and we will delete them earlier, unless an open order or a legal retention duty prevents it.
The site is operated from Shenzhen, China. If you are writing from the EU or the UK, that is where your enquiry is processed.
Cookies
Strictly necessary: none. The site works with cookies blocked. Your language preference is kept in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
Analytics: we may set first-party analytics cookies to count visits and to see which model pages are actually read. They carry no advertising identifiers, are not shared for ad targeting, and blocking them costs you no function on the site.
Third parties: the catalogue photographs and the fonts are served from this domain; nothing else on the page calls out to an advertising network.
Sales terms
A quotation states the price, the quantity break, the lead time and the period it stays valid. Terms that are not written in a quotation are not agreed.
Standard terms covering payment, packaging, shipping, the inspection window and warranty are issued together with every quotation. Ask for a copy before you commit: sales02@sz145.com.
Goods are described by the part number and revision printed on the quotation. Where a panel reaches us through distribution rather than a direct maker channel, the quotation says so.
Trademarks
Innolux, BOE, HKC, CSOT, LG Display and AUO names and marks appear on this site only to identify the panels we trade. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, authorisation or endorsement by those companies.
